This module adds DualCom support to Patriot.

ARCs can monitor stand alone CSL DualCom units which transmit using dual path Paknet X25 network and PSTN.  

The DualCom module is easily added to existing Patriot systems by the application of a new registration.  No reinstallation or database upgrade is required.  The module supports both serial and IP interfaces.
